Chicago Choral Artists has deeply committed singers, a wonderful and hard-working board of directors, and a gifted and enthusiastic artistic director. But there are many other ways to help Chicago Choral Artists be a successful ensemble. Contact us to learn more.
Donate
Your tax-deductible contribution makes a huge difference. Ticket sales do not begin to cover the cost of putting on a concert. It is donations from you that keep us singing, for which we are exceedingly grateful. Don’t forget to see if your employer matches charitable donations — it’s an easy way to double or even triple the value of your gift. Mail your check to Chicago Choral Artists, PO Box 603, Oak Park IL 60303. Thank you!
Advertise
Our concert programs are an excellent way to reach an informed audience of people who are engaged in life! Advertise for your company, your personal business, your hobby, or anything else.
Volunteer
Be an usher. Ushers hand out programs, of course, but they also get to attend the concerts for free. The more brazen volunteers sit at the back and chow down the chocolate kisses meant to be distributed when the concert is over.
Be a house manager. We need someone at each concert venue to generally oversee the ticket and cd sales tables, manage the ushers (i.e., guard the chocolate kisses), know where the restrooms and light switches are, and generally be the one-who-knows-all. Lots of power here.
Post flyers. If you’ll be in the area of any of our performance venues please consider posting concert flyers at local businesses, restaurants, libraries, or coffee shops.
Become a board member. If you talk to our board members they will all say that running CCA is a labor of love. Join the group!
